I’ve been renting this book off and on throughout the year from the library and made understanding incredibly easy. I’m about a month away from starting school so i decided to buy It so i can mark up and keep tabs of pages i really need to focus on. I absolutely love this book. I had my dad look It over who has a CDL and he said this is a perfect book to help people understand and can very well get them to pass the test on this book alone. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking to get a CDL as well as any other tests they need help preparing for.
Super easy read I like how the text is not to small or big just perfect and spaced out so you font feel overwhelmed. Helped me passed my permit test big time. I still recommend you read your state cdl handbook as well because each state has different laws this book dont get specific it's more of a Federal law which all states have to follow the minimum. States like California which is a little stricker on things
It was a poor study nothing on the test was in that book for hazmat you will fail if you study this book it was not worth the money I was very disappoi Ted never again
This book is easy to read, covers all CDL endorsement materials, and includes the study guide questions which is great to help you understand after reading each chapter. This book was helpful for me to study for my upcoming CDL exam. I Highly recommend to anyone wanting to obtain their CDL license.
I purchased this for my boyfriend while he was attempting to study for his CDL exam using the books the DMV gave him. He failed a few times and stated those books were too lengthy and had too many words to actually comprehend. Since reviewing with this book, he finds the reading "lighter" and was able to pass on his first try since using this book. He found the practice questions to be like the ones on the actual exam which also helped.
I love that there are a lot of questions and math problems to try. I love that there answer keys in each section. The answer keys help me have confident in my answers. Thos book also include video that I can look up to get more examples on problems that I need more clarification. I love how this study guide give advises on how to study and prepare for the exam!
The guide is arranged in short, definitive content areas that allow for reading then leaving and then returning and picking right back up. This is important given the nature of many people’s schedules and obligations. I haven’t taken this test yet, but I believe this material will prove quite valuable in reaching that goal.
No secrets in this book what so ever. I have my CDL and I bought the book for my boyfriend to study. However, it's full of useless information. You get more info out of the generic motor vehicle book.
