The guide is missing a main feature. Specifically, the "Free, convenient pull-out Bali map (included in print version)". In fact, a map showing all of Bali isn't on any page of the guide. Neighborhood maps are good. The rest of the basics are covered well.
I was very disappointed by this book. The information was so condensed and high level that it was practically useless. Aside from the flexibility of scanning it on the plane on my way to Bali, it offered little actionable information that I could use to plan my trip.
Am reading the in the plane on the way to Bali. It sounds like the all the essentials that I'll need to know. But will only know that when I get there. But it has answered my basic questions and is well laid out, so 4 stars.
